Sunday Bridges: crossing the river

Crossing the river to the Cathedral.
Read more about Espoo Cathedral here.
The river is the same as in my post last week
(a walk in the park).
It starts out as Kvarnbyån or Glimsån.
On the way you can enjoy the scenes I
shared with Scenic Weekends yesterday.
By the time the river has reached the Cathedral
it has become the Espoo river.

I'm linking to Sunday Bridges.

  14. Bridges are somehow special. Perhaps it's because they represent a kind of transition from one space to another. In any event I really like bridges and always have to stop to look over. Your pictures are great.

  19. Nice views, and still lots of snow about, we have had very little in the UK this year, lots of water though.
    All the best Gordon.

    1. Thank you Gordon! We've had very little snow here in the South this year. It's been grey and wet here too, although we haven't gotten as much rain as you have. Take care!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. I will return your visit (if I haven't visited you already), but please be patient. I might not be able to do so until the weekend. Take care!
