Flowers and critters

9.8.2015 Walking in Margareteberg

2.8.2015 Mallards in Porvoo

We're celebrating our Independence Day on Sunday (6.12.).
Since we weren't invited to the Ball at the Presidential
Palace (this year either), we'll have to settle for
watching the festivities on TV. :-)
Take care everyone!

  26. Yeah, it's still (a kind of) summertime in Finland like we're having here in Germany currently. Today (again): sunshing, a mixture of blue sky and clouds, temperatures of about +12°C, many buds are bursting and some bushes already have beautiful blossoms!!! So why not posting summertime flowers in December??? ;-)

  37. I think I would rather soak up nature's beauty (as you have done here) than go to a ball at the palace. I will leave that to Cinderella :) Beautiful Pictures ... love the green acorns :)
